Weekly Meal Plan – week of 7/8/2013!

I’m not gonna lie – last week wasn’t so hot!  I splurged on July 4th and again this weekend.  I’m human – it happens!  But what matters is getting over that splurge and moving on from it.  So, here’s my plan – weekend may change depending on if we have company staying the whole weekend or not!

Monday

  • Workout: T25 Total Body Circuit (and practicing Insanity)
  • M1: Shakeology
  • M2: Greek yogurt with apples and cinammon
  • M3: Salad with orange glazed chicken
  • M4: Shakeology
  • M5: Chicken veggie stir fry

Tuesday

  • Workout: T25 Speed 1.0 and 10 minute Insanity Demonstration!
  • M1: Shakeology
  • M2: Greek yogurt with apples & cinammon
  • M3: Baked chicken with rotisserie seasoning and veggies
  • M4: Shakeology
  • M5: Chicken veggie stir fry

Wednesday

  • Workout: T25 Lower Focus + Teaching Turbo Kick
  • M1: Shakeology
  • M2: Scrambled egg whites with salsa, 1 slice ezekiel toast, orange
  • M3: Baked chicken with rotisserie seasoning and veggies
  • M4: Shakeology
  • M5: Whole wheat pizza

Thursday

  • Workout: T25 Cardio & Abs
  • M1: Shakeology
  • M2: overnight steel cut oats
  • M3: Egg white and spinach on ezekiel english muffin
  • M4: Greek yogurt with blueberries and walnuts
  • M5: Turkey meatloaf

Friday

  • Workout: Rest day
  • M1: overnight steel cut oats
  • M2: Shakeology
  • M3: Shakeology & lara bar
  • M4: Clif bar
  • M5: Going to a baseball game – probably a grilled chicken sandwich

Saturday

  • Workout: PiYo
  • M1: Shakeology
  • M2: Dried cranberries and raw almonds
  • M3: Turkey meatloaf
  • M4: Greek yogurt
  • M5: Chicken fajitas

Sunday

  • Workout: T25 Total Body Circuit
  • M1: Shakeology
  • M2: Protein pancakes with banana & walnuts
  • M3: Spinach salad with shrimp
  • M4: Cliff bar
  • M5: Chicken fajitas
